You will ensure the highest quality of therapy services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and foster an engaging and positive clinic culture.Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient care and team performance.Lead, mentor, and support therapists and staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients, specializing in PT, OT, or SLP interventions.Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines to uphold high clinical standards.Requirements:Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.License: Active or eligible PT, OT, or SLP license in Texas.Experience: Leadership experience preferred but not required-experienced clinicians ready to step into leadership are welcome!
