Certification Details
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
Varicella vaccination or proof of immunity
Tdap Valid for 10 years
Ascension Skills Checklist annual in specialty
Ascension Specialty Exam
- Job Requirements
- Must be AHA-BLS Certified
- Must be AHA-ACLS Certified
- Current RN license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment
- Nursys quick confirm verifications for ALL APRN, RN's, and LPN/LVNs
- Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs
  - Schedule Information
  - 13-week contract
    - Additional Details
    - Must have Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer
    - Annual PPD Required
    - MMR Vaccination or Proof of Immunity
    - Annual Fit Test required
    - Hepatitis B documentation
    - Current Influenza Vaccine
    - Health Statement or Physical Exam prior to first assignment
