The ideal candidate will possess these attributes:

? Open availability, this center operates 24/7, 365 days a year!

? Ability to answer a high volume of Inbound customer calls and provide professional customer service to our Austin citizens.

? Excellent customer service skills is a MUST with a desire to meet and exceed customer and company expectations.

? Proficient Multi-tasking skills: listen, comprehend, research, document and respond to customer request effectively and in a timely manner.

? Must have a clear 10 year criminal background

? Must have reliable transportation to North/ Central Austin

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent

Two (2) years of Customer Service Experience

What we offer?

Long term contract to hire position

Beginning pay $11.00 per hour with a step wage plan that brings you to $13.50 in just one year and $14.50 at two years.
