TempleDescription:As a Relationship Banker, you will hold a key
position within our bank, responsible for establishing and
nurturing customer relationships, opening and managing accounts,
and driving business growth through referrals to various sales
departments. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional
customer service and expanding the bank's client base.In this role,
you will be the face of the bank, responsible for fostering strong
customer relationships, meeting their financial needs, and driving
business growth through referrals. Your ability to understand and
respond to customer requirements will contribute to the bank's
success and reputation within the community.Responsibilities that
we would like for you to be excited about: Develop and maintain
strong, trusting relationships with customers. Open and service
various types of checking and savings accounts. Hold conversations
with customers to understand their current and future financial
needs. Stay well-informed about the banks products and service,
enabling you to identify opportunities to make product
recommendations. Refer customers to specialized departments such as
mortgage, wealth management and insurance. Onboard our new
customers through our follow-up routines to ensure the customers
successful use of our products. Utilize technology to educate
customers on our full range of digital banking options including
but not limited to virtual tellers and our mobile app. Educate
customers on best practices for safe online banking habits. Be a
point of contact for customers facing technical issues or
difficulties with our digital banking tools. Gather feedback from
customers regarding their digital banking experience and provide
management with insights on trends that arise. Utilize tools and
resources to document all services completed on our customers
accounts. Provide exceptional service through our SWARM Banking
approach, which involves greeting customers by name and greeting
them as they walk into our lobbies. Help build the business by
contributing toward monthly sales and service metrics. Accurately
process a wide range of banking transactions including deposits and
withdrawals, adhering to established procedures and regulatory
guidelines. Safely and accurately handle cash, coins, and
negotiable instruments, following established cash-handling
procedures.What we would expect you to bring to the team: Banking

financial products. Understands banking regulations and compliance

Basic Qualifications: High School diploma 2 years retail banking
experience required. 3-5 years of customer service, cash handling
or sales experience required.Qualifications that would be a plus:
Experience in opening accounts for Small Business customersWork
Hours: Hours will vary depending on location assigned. Consistent
weekend availability on Saturdays during the hours of 8:30am
